It's been a cold and chilly July so far, but the weather forecast for the weekend does include some sun before the fog kicks in again for the week. So put on a sweater, because fog or no fog, you'll still find much to do in the neighborhood.

Tomorrow morning, you can head over to City Hall and share your opinion on the final proposal for the L-Taraval. If you need an explainer on what the proposal includes, check out our article on the changes

This Saturday, catch an Ultimate Frisbee tournament at Golden Gate Park's Polo Fields (if you want to play, there's a waitlist for teams). Sivananda Yoga Center is also featuring a great line-up of events this week, including partner yoga on Saturday and an examination of tension as a system-wide problem on Tuesday.

The artistically minded can also take part in an intriguing exhibition at Irving Street Projects, where participants are encouraged to wear interesting patterns or have their everyday items traced to become part of "Nobody Said Not To," a community art project.

On Sunday, Mexican singer/songwriter Julieta Venegas will bring her tunes to the crowds at Stern Grove. In the mood for more music? Wednesday features two Portland hip-hop acts at the Honey Hive.

Here are all the events coming up this week in the Outer Sunset. For more fun around the city, check out our full events calendar at hoodline.com/events. If you have an event you'd like to add to our calendar, you can submit it here for free.
