Penny Parker, a 57-year-old black woman diagnosed with early onset dementia, has gone missing. According to a Facebook post from the Oakland Police Department, last seen on September 2, the urgency of locating her grows with each passing day as the challenges of Parker's condition make her disappearance particularly distressing for her family and the local community.

Parker was last seen in the 400 block of Oakland Avenue. She uses a walking cane adorned with red and yellow tape near its bottom. Unfortunately, her last known clothing description remains unknown. Parker stands at 5'5'', weighs 130 pounds, has short salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. Family members describe her physical condition as poor and emphasize her early onset dementia symptoms.
