Tragedy struck Suisun City when the lifeless body of a man was discovered in a Harbor Center hotel, leading to a homicide investigation and a recent arrest. On April 12, officers were called to the scene around 3:30 PM to find 53-year-old Eric Gorby, a local of the city, unresponsive with a significant puncture wound. Despite attempts to save him, Gorby was pronounced dead at the scene, Suisun City Police confirmed.

In the wake of these events, the authorities quickly moved to thoroughly comb through the evidence. The subsequent investigation highlighted Terry Hawkins, a 54-year-old woman from Vacaville, as the primary suspect. Although Hawkins wasn't found at the scene initially, police were to swiftly secure an arrest warrant in her name.

Hawkins' flight from the law ended when she was apprehended without incident at the Suisun City Police Department at 9:30 AM today. According to the police department's statement, no other suspects are currently being sought in connection with the case, but they maintain that the investigation remains active.
