Let the good times roll: Rolling Factory brings rolled ice cream to GlendalePhoto: Ji-in K./Yelp

A new spot to score rolled ice cream has opened up in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Glendale is called Rolling Factory, and it's located at 107 S Maryland Ave.

With every order, you get a base flavor, a mix-in, one topping and one drizzling.  Base options include vanilla, chocolate, taro, coffee and cheesecake, and mix-in choices include various nuts, fruits and candies, which are complemented by more than two dozen toppings and drizzles.

With a 4.5-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival has been warmly received by patrons.

Ver S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 28, said, "This is a hidden gem in the area. I got taro with cookie dough mixed in topped with pistachios and condensed milk."

Yelper Joey T. added, “I finally got to try some rolled ice cream that I've been seeing all over social media, and let me tell you it lived up to the hype.”

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Rolling Factory is open from 2–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 1–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 1–10 p.m. on Sunday.
