Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar

Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is a sushi bar, which offers hand rolls with salmon, bay scallop, crab, tuna, lobster, eel, toro, yellowtail and more. You can order a set of rolls for a combo discount, from three rolls to six. It also offers salmon and tuna sashimi, edamame and miso soup.

The new sushi bar has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 14 reviews on Yelp.

Todd S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 21, wrote, "Service was excellent and the staff was very informative, but most importantly the food was delicious. We split their six hand roll set menu so we could try a little bit of everything. The fish was fresh and flavorful."

Yelper Dominic C. added, “Beautiful with the brick walls and wood tables. Great concept of hand rolls. Simple menu, but very fresh fish and great service! Love the toro, crab and scallop hand rolls! So fresh!”

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is open from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.–midnight on Friday, 5 p.m.–midnight on Saturday, and noon–8 p.m. on Sunday.

Pilates VIP

Pilates VIP is a new Pilates and personal training spot that's located within Dana's Studio of Dance. Taught by Valerie Lucas, who is a certified Pilates instructor, Pilates VIP offers private sessions and group mat classes.

With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, the new fitness spot seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Tierney K., who reviewed the business on July 7, wrote, "I was nervous to try Pilates, but Valerie made me feel so comfortable. She is the best! Her love for Pilates really shows in her teaching. I could not have asked for a better experience."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Pilates VIP is open from 6 a.m.–8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 3–8 p.m. on Wednesday, and 9 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.) Note that visiting the new Pilates studio is by appointment only.

Artistry Elite Dance

Artistry Elite Dance is a dance studio that has lessons for all ages, offering jazz, ballet, competitive dance, hip-hop, tap and more. (You can see the class schedule here; to learn more about classes, check out descriptions here.)

With two reviews on Yelp thus far, Artistry Elite Dance currently has a five-star rating.

Rebecca T., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on July 27, wrote, "Such a professional, loving and qualified team of instructors. There is a perfect balance between technique and artistry. If you're looking to become a strong dancer with technique and expression, this is the place to go."
