Whiskey Cake Galentine's Day Ladies Night Out + Social Networking

Celebrate the season of love with your gal pals this Thursday at the Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar. The venue will be hosting a "Galentine's Day" that features seasonal, locally-sourced cuisine, fresh-made cocktails and opportunities to network with fellow business women. Swag bags will also be given to the first 50 guests.

Rock And Roll Over: The Ultimate KISS Tribute

Bond's 007 Rock Bar, a popular Texan metal bar, will be hosting one of the nation's best KISS tribute bands this Friday. The venue will be serving up cold beers and other libations.

90-Second Newbery Film Festival 2019 

Stop by the Witte Museum for the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival, an annual video contest that features the works of child filmmakers. Each 90-second movie depicts the entirety of an award-winning Newbery book.

The event will be hosted by children's books authors James Kennedy and Nikki Loftin.

When: Saturday, February 9, 2-3:30 p.m.

The 19th Annual Western Gala

Grab your cowboy boots and head down to Pedrotti's North Wind Ranch for the 19th Annual Western Gala. The festivities will include dinner, dancing, games and both silent and live auctions. Proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit San Antonio Youth Scholarships and The Links Foundation, Inc., a philanthropic organization that aims to enrich civic and inter-cultural endeavors.
