Marugame Udon is a Japanese spot, offering noodles and seafood.

The fast-casual Japanese restaurant, which is laid out cafeteria-style, is located in the Beverly Center. Customers order their udon noodles, which are prepared to order, and then select their tempura.

With a four-star Yelp rating out of six reviews on Yelp, Marugame Udon has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Kayceeann R., who was one of the first users to visit Marugame Udon on Feb. 16, wrote, "It has a nice authentic Japanese feel to it. A large-sized bowl is enough to share between two people. My favorite tempura is the shrimp, although it is a bit overpriced. "

Yelper Curt W. wrote, "Great little spot at the Beverly Center for udon. It is sort of a self serve build-your-own udon bowl situation. Noodles were cooked to perfection and quick. I got Bukkake Udon and was a little short on broth, but the flavors were great."

The new eatery has yet to post its hours online.
