Tonight: Break a sweat in an all-levels fitness session that'll feel more like a dance party. The Afrobeat Burnout class at Ripley-Grier Studios mixes high- and low-intensity moves designed to boost cardio endurance, burn fat, strengthen cores and tone muscles.

Spring 2019 Armory Indoor Track & Field Camp

On Saturday, high school track and field athletes are invited to a day of coaching by elite athletes in the sport. There will be morning and afternoon training sessions, and those who sign up for both will receive a limited-edition New Balance backpack featuring the Armory logo.

Flexistretcher Class 

Also on Saturday, head to Capezio Flagship Store with your yoga mat for a fitness class created by former ballerina Rachel Hamrick. Flexistretcher combines elements of ballet, stretch and pilates, along with an elastic resistance band, for lengthening and strengthening.

Harlem Reset: Celebration of Women Wellness Event

Come Sunday, learn the basic principles of guided meditation, relaxation breathing exercises and restorative yoga poses at the Harlem Reset event, hosted by Move and Groove Yoga. Harpinista Brandee Younger provides the soothing music and light refreshments will be served.
