A new Italian food truck, offering sandwiches and more, has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Palms, called Burrata House, is located at 3272 Motor Ave.

Burrata House specializes in burrata paninis. On the menu, expect to see items like a prosciutto crudo and burrata panini with organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and arugula on rosetta bread and a smoked turkey and burrata bowl with farro, extra virgin olive oil, organic tomatoes and arugula. According to the business' Facebook page, "We simply serve the best Burrata Panino in LA with the most iconic Italian-looking vehicle."

With a five-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp so far, the new food truck has been warmly received by patrons.

Somer S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 29, wrote, "I tried the prosciutto crudo sandwich, and it was phenomenal! Simple, organic, fresh and premium quality are words to describe this unique sandwich."

Yelper Nick L. added, “I came in for the prosciutto burrata panini. The cheese was soft and refreshing paired with the fresh tomato and arugula. The prosciutto added enough seasoning to bring out the flavors of each ingredient.”

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Burrata House is open from 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.–10 p.m. on Monday through Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
