Pittsburgh Dancer Wellness Fair

The Minding the Gap dancer wellness fair is a day-long event designed to mentally and physically support dancers in the Pittsburgh region. The event begins at 10 a.m. with a private master ballet class. This class is appropriate for intermediate and advanced dancers who are at least high school aged. At noon, dancers will be led through a new mindfulness workshop. There will also be physical therapy screenings, yoga classes, nutrition resources and more.
