A new Himalayan/Nepalese spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Midtown, called Taste From Everest, is located at 102 Lexington Ave.

Taste From Everest offers a full menu of authentic appetizers, curries, rice dishes, meat and seafood entrees, and more. Check out the lamb or chicken sekuwa (Nepalese kebabs), noodles with chaat spices and the momos, or Nepalese dumplings.

Other menu items include Indian-style biryanis and vegetarian-friendly dishes featuring lentils, paneer and veggies. To drink, there are lassis, fresh-squeezed mango juices and more.

With a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, Taste From Everest has been warmly received by patrons.
