New pasta shop Impasta now open in Melrose

A new pasta shop has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Impasta, the new addition is located at 615 N. Western Ave. in Melrose.

Impasta offers pasta and pizza dishes with a variety of zero to low carb options, according to its website. The menu features cauliflower gnocchi with ricotta, spaghetti squash with cherry tomatoes and burrata and zucchini noodles with Impossible meat bolognese sauce. View the menu here
