A new paint and sip spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Midtown, called Paint and Sip Live, is located at 510 Fifth Ave., Suite 300.

Paint and Sip Live currently offers virtual painting classes presented through an online conferencing platform. The class schedule features regular weekly classes with themes such as "Paint and Praise" and "Hip-Hop and R&B." Classes are available a la carte or as part of a package for up to five participants ($20 - $150), and package deals include art supplies, which will be shipped to your home ahead of your first scheduled class.

Paint and Sip Live has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Susan S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 23, wrote, "I've done a paint and sip in person, and it was a blast, so I was skeptical about a virtual paint and sip, but this was so much fun! With the current quarantine situation, it seems like virtual gatherings/parties are our new normal now, and this experience definitely changed my mind about virtual parties."

Yelper Remington M. noted, “What a great way to spend time and bond with your significant other! Especially during these difficult times. I received all the supplies right to my door and was able to surprise my girlfriend with a paint and sip."
