Two individuals have been arrested following the recovery of a stolen vehicle by deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office, including a juvenile and a man named Sirrandell Dynes. The dramatic traffic stop occurred on January 19 in the 11300 block of Jones Road.

The routine stop quickly escalated into a more serious matter when deputies identified the driver as a 16-year-old and his passenger as Sirrandell Dynes, according to a Facebook post by the constable's office which later turned out drama unfolded as the deputies delved deeper and found the vehicle was reported stolen to the Houston Police Department. Dynes was discovered to be unlawfully carrying a weapon. 

Deputies' suspicions were confirmed when an investigation revealed a troubling connection; the vehicle had indeed been stolen, a fact already known to the Houston Police Department, and to make matters more alarming, Dynes was not unarmed."Sirrandell Dynes was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10." The Juvenile was arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Probation Center, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle."  stated Constable Mark Herman
