A Seattle man faces charges after a harrowing domestic violence incident where a woman claimed he fired a gun at her, narrowly missing her head, Seattle Police Department reports. Cops responded to a distress call near South Cloverdale Street and First Avenue South in South Park around 5:54 a.m. yesterday.

Upon arrival at a nearby RV trailer, the police encountered the woman who recounted the chilling experience. Although details surrounding the events that led up to the altercation remain unclear, the suspect, who is forbidden by law from possessing firearms, was arrested for assault and illegal gun possession after tense moments where authorities urged other individuals to exit the RV, only one man was apprehended, and items seized included an AR-15 with its serial number scrapped, a bow gun, an arrow, and associated ammunition.

Seattle Police confirmed the woman involved in the incident was unharmed despite the grave situation. In the end, the suspect was booked into King County Jail, where he will await legal proceedings for his actions deemed both violent and reckless.
