San Antonio's Bussin' Q Offers Dino-ritto Challenge with Behemoth $45 BurritoSource: Google Street View

If you've got an appetite for a dish that's as big as the Lone Star State itself, San Antonio's Bussin' Q food truck has cooked up something special. Meet the Dino-ritto, a colossal burrito that's winning the hearts, and possibly testing the stomachs, of locals and visitors alike with its gargantuan size and hefty $45 price tag. Bussin' Q's owner Anthony Bueno has transformed the humble burrito into a prehistoric feast complete with a dino-sized beef rib, macaroni, and a slathering of tangy barbeque sauce.

The food truck, previously known for its smashburgers, took a sharp turn into barbeque territory and hasn't looked back. Now, they're dishing out items such as prime brisket and breakfast burritos, but it's the beefy Dino-ritto that's causing a stir online. As KENS 5 reported, social media influencers have laid eyes, and teeth, on the Dino-ritto with one trying to master the challenge of devouring it in front of 2.3 million viewers. "They want to pull that bone out! They get that bone, and it should come right out," Bueno told the outlet in a glimpse of the affair.

But if the Dino-ritto isn't enough to get you moo-ving, then perhaps the Stoner-itto will - it's a higher tier of burrito bliss that includes waffle fries and a toasted cheddar cheese crust. According to KENS 5, Bueno's beast of a burrito is not the only menu item turning heads; there’s also the Brisket Grilled Cheese, a nostalgic nod to childhood with a meaty twist.

Bussin' Q operates as a family affair – operated by Bueno, his fiancée, and his brother – they've taken the food truck scene by storm. Bueno revealed to MySA that the Dino-ritto was born out of a culinary epiphany after making tacos from ribs at a previous job, stating, "I think they just love that comfortable grilled cheese that they are used to and grew up with. It's just cheesy, you have that cheese pull,” which is an interesting take on starting a culinary sensation based on a combination as timeless as meat, and cheese.

The Dino-ritto experience seems tailor-made for those who believe in going big or going home – a fitting ode to Texas where everything, including the burritos, apparently, are supersized. Whether you’re in it for the 'gram or just in it to satiate your mammoth hunger, Bussin’ Q has staked its claim on the food map, one massive rib at a time.
