An altercation erupted on a street in Harris County when deputies responded to a reported disturbance, leading to the arrest of a local woman. The incident took place on May 19 on the 4200 block of White Peak Drive, where deputies arrived to find Rodessa Jeffery allegedly at the center of the commotion. Once contained, she allegedly began kicking the vehicle's interior violently.
