Chino Valley Unified School District reports indicating that the student became distressed while at the Chino High School aquatic center at approximately 3:00 P.M., necessitating the presence of paramedics.

An unknown condition enveloped the student's health as he was transported to a local hospital after 30 minutes of onsite emergency care.
