Earlier reports detailed that Seibert was last witnessed on the morning of June 24, around 10:40 a.m. after leaving her doctor's office on Schaufele Avenue in Long Beach. According to the initial news release, her mental condition, which could render her disoriented, raised particular concern among the law enforcement and community members alike.

Described as a white female, standing 5'6" and weighing about 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, Seibert was wearing a black sweater, orange t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes at the time she went missing.
