According to an online statement from the Philadelphia Police Department, Williams was last seen on the evening of June 26, at approximately 9:30 p.m. near the 2300 block of N Lawrence St.

Williams, a 15-year-old with black hair and brown eyes, is described as being 5’9” and weighing around 120 lbs, he was last witnessed wearing no shirt, paired with red basketball shorts and Crocs. The police have released this information in the hope that the public can provide assistance, a photograph of Williams has not been disclosed in their online bulletin. Community members with any knowledge regarding the whereabouts of Ka’Shand "Kaka" Williams are encouraged to come forward and aid in the ongoing search.
