A violent confrontation in East Austin has left three individuals wounded after a family dispute escalated in a shopping center parking lot. The Austin Police Department (APD) responded to the incident, which occurred on Monday afternoon near Citi Trends on Airport Boulevard. According to KVUE, the confrontation began as a fight between two people and later involved more family members, resulting in a discharged firearm.

The disturbance call, placed at around 3:10 p.m., brought police to the scene at 1144 Airport Blvd., where they found the injured parties.
