The collaboration of the Solano County Sheriff's Enforcement Team (SET), VICE Detectives, and Probation Officers is seen as pivotal in law enforcement. Through their collective efforts in a joint operation on November 1, they conducted Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) compliance checks in Vallejo and Benicia, as reported by the Solano County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.

PRCS is a form of felony probation crucial in upholding security and accountability within our communities. SET has taken charge of guaranteeing compliance with probation terms, which are routinely assessed throughout the county.

In this recent operation, an assortment of weapons, ammunition, and narcotics was found. Among those seized were two AK-style pistols, one of which was stolen, each possessing a loaded 30-round magazine, a 40-caliber handgun, substantial amounts of ammo, over 600 grams of suspected narcotics, and multiple pounds of marijuana, per the Solano County Sheriff's Office. The individual under PRCS was arrested for weapon violations and failing to uphold the terms of his probation.
