A new Mexican food truck has debuted in southeast Sacramento. The newcomer to Florin Fruitridge Industrial Park, called Zintzuni Cocina Mexicana, is based at 8531 Thys Court, but appears in different locations around Sacramento daily. In addition to its to-go foods, it also does catering.

On the menu, look for street tacos, burritos and quesadillas filled with a choice of meats or veggies, Monterey Jack cheese and housemade cabbage pico de gallo. (You can check out the full menu here and keep up with the truck's location on its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages.)

With a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, Zintzuni is off to a strong start with patrons.

Derrick P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 9, praised the service and said, "All of the ingredients tasted fresh and delectable. The meat was delicious and obviously a decent cut. The salsa was the best part. It was smoky and had a moderate heat to it."

Yelper Jose A. added, “Highly recommend you try the pork burrito — wow! Also try the apple soda Mundet, very popular in Mexico — pairs well with the pineapple marinated pork!”

Head on over to check it out: Zintzuni appears at variable locations and times around the Sacramento area, but you can keep up with the truck's schedule on its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages.
