Enjoy a musical benefit concert

Friday night, head over to Uptown Studios for the "Song of Sacramento" — a benefit concert for the Sacramento Children's Chorus presented by opera singer Carrie Hennessey and pianist/vocalist Jennifer Reason. Music from local composers will be featured, as well as a variety of appetizers and wine.

Join a peaceful march on the Capitol

This Saturday, ignite change by joining the 2019 women's march on the California state capitol. The peaceful rally will include inspirational speakers, music and live performances, along with several food trucks who will begin serving marchers around 10 a.m.
