Noren

Noren is a sushi bar, lounge and Japanese spot that is named after a traditional Japanese fabric divider "often hung up in front of an entrance to a business or restaurant," according to the business's website. The new eatery says it offers patrons a welcoming, at-home atmosphere.

In addition to a selection of sushi and sashimi, look for small plates like marinated olives, grilled asparagus and fish tacos; large plates like chicken club sandwiches, shrimp po'boys and fish and chips.

Yelp users are generally positive about Noren, which currently holds four stars out of 22 reviews on the site.

Yelper Channing R., who reviewed Noren on November 11, wrote, "We had an amazing time at Noren tonight. The food, service and ambiance were perfect. I especially loved their unique and diverse menu."

Ju A. added, "This is the best sushi place in Capitol Hill. I had a lovely meal here. The food and service was excellent."

Noren is open from 11:30 a.m.–midnight daily.

Cinnaholic

Cinnaholic is a bakery and vegan spot, offering desserts and more that was featured on the popular ABC TV show Shark Tank. It offers vegan cinnamon rolls, baby buns, cinnacakes, fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies.

Cinnamon rolls come with a variety of topping and frosting options. Expect toppings like brownie bites, blueberries, pecans and pretzels and frosting flavors such as almond, amaretto, maple and marshmallow. Check out the business's website for a complete list of options and more information. 

Cinnaholic currently holds 4.5 stars out of 28 reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.

Yelper Brenda N., who reviewed Cinnaholic on November 11, wrote, "I had my first cinnamon roll a few weeks ago and honestly, it was absolutely the best one I've ever had in my life! It was so flavorful with the delicious toppings and the bun itself was soft."

Candace A. added, "This is probably the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. They offer raw cookie dough and cookies as well. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis."

Cinnaholic is open from 10 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.

Footprint Wine Tap

Footprint Wine Tap is a wine bar. According to its website, Footprint Wine Tap is the first sustainable keg wine on tap bar in Seattle. 

This new place features up to 20 wines on tap and customers can choose between reds, whites, ciders and sake. Pair your wine with light fare such as a cheese and baguette medley, a flatbread pizza and more. Dessert is also on the menu. 

The new wine bar has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.

Footprint Wine Tap's current rating of five stars out of six reviews on Yelp indicates positive attention from users.

Adam P. noted, "Owned by one of the friendliest individuals I have met, this Capitol Hill-based wine bar has a wonderful selection of several different types of red and white wine along with a couple of hard ciders and sake."

Footprint Wine Tap is open from 2–9 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 2–10 p.m. on Friday, noon–10 p.m. on Saturday, and noon–7 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Tuesday.)

Fob Poke Bar

FOB Poke Bar is a Hawaiian spot, offering poke and more that features a fast-casual dining experience.

Visitors can make fully customizable bowls. Start with choice of a base (white rice, brown rice, spring mix, kale, arugula or tortilla chips), add mix-ins and protein (salmon, shrimp, grilled chicken, Spam, octopus) and complete your concoction with a choice of sauce and toppings. Here's the menu.

With a 4.5-star rating out of 27 reviews on Yelp, FOB Poke Bar has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Christina G., who reviewed FOB Poke Bar on October 10, wrote, "If I was stranded on an island and could only ask for one food, I would ask for FOB Poke."

Phil M. added, "I think this is the best poke spot in Seattle. This new location is bigger than the Belltown location and is central to Capitol Hill. I got the large two scoop salmon and a scoop of seared tuna. What makes this place stand out in my opinion is all the toppings that you can add."

FOB Poke Bar is open from 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m. daily.
