If you're thinking about taking some time off before college, check out a free fair to learn about a variety of gap year programs across the globe. 

Before the fair, there will be a 45-minute presentation beginning at 6 p.m.

The Road To Home Ownership: Home Buyer Social

Feeling daunted by the idea of buying your first home? Check out a home buyer social at RE/MAX Results on Thursday night. The social will cover down payment programs, credit education and more. Guests will also receive a free credit report.

MN YOGA + Life 4th Annual Winter Wellness Retreat

If relaxation is on your New Year's to-do list, check out a winter wellness retreat on Sunday. The retreat will include yoga and wellness classes, along with a catered lunch by Wise Wellness.

There will also be time to shop, explore art and visit the "Healing Hall."
