Pannekoeken Huis has returned inside Latuff’s Pizzeria in Plymouth, reuniting longtime staff and serving Dutch pancakes alongside thin-crust pizza. The combined spot runs breakfast by day and pizza by night.

The last White Castle on University Avenue has closed after a property sale, ending a roughly century-long presence on the corridor. The building was sold and no reuse has been announced.

Chick‑fil‑A will open five new Minnesota restaurants through 2028, starting with a Mankato location this summer and promising more than 500 jobs statewide.
