Hungry? A new outpost of popular local Latin American chain Sabor Latin Street Grill has arrived in the First Ward at 300 N. College St. The restaurant has about a dozen locations in the greater Charlotte area.

Expect tacos, burritos and quesadillas on the menu, as well as yuca fries, empanadas and arepas (Venezuelan-style chicken-stuffed cornmeal patties).

Look for a variety of alcoholic beverages from the bar, too, including mojitos and margaritas. Thee grill has daily deals on food and beverages, including $1 Taco Tuesdays.

The new space for Sabor has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Melanie C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 23, wrote, "The food was delicious and tasted super fresh. I tried a burrito bowl with shredded chicken and the taco salad with pork. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were very generous. "

And Amber O. wrote, "I ordered a chicken empanada, a chicken taco and guacamole. The empanada came with a special sauce (ketchup, mayo and spices) and was really tasty."
