Little Rituals is a new cocktail bar and lounge.

Located on the fourth floor of Residence Inn by Marriott, the intimate bar serves specialty cocktails like the Scotsman's Famous Milk Punch (a combination of steamed milk, liqueur, wine, citrus and tea) and the Paloma with blanco tequila, agave, grapefruit soda, key lime and sea salt. Customers can also order shareable dishes of umami fries, carbonara lo mein and more.

It's off to a good start with locals, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp thus far.

Yelper Allyson L., who was the first to review it on Jan. 29, wrote, "This place is a new gem and a great addition to Downtown Phoenix! It's classy, yet old classic with drinks for days! They even have an old vintage beer machine! ... The ambiance is perfect and the views are breathtaking!"

Danielle D. added, "Everything was outstanding. From the service, drinks, food and ambience, everything was out of this world. I wish I could put into words how wonderful of an experience we had, but I am still in shock!"

Hungry? It's open from 4 p.m.–2 a.m. daily.

Crunch Fitness is a gym, boot camp and tanning spot.

The gym provides an ample collection of strength and cardio equipment and specializes in group fitness classes, including H.I.I.T. training, boot camp, Zumba and more.

It's getting positive attention so far on Yelp, with a four-star rating out of seven reviews.

Nicholas W., who reviewed it on Feb. 6, wrote, "Not only is the facility set up well, and includes punching bags, but the staff is out of this world. From the moment you walk in they are there to support you. They make it like a family. They get to know your name and want you to succeed. People confuse their passion for being pushy."

And Jessica K. noted, "Best gym I have been with! Every member of the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and stocked with paper towels and cleaner. I love the H.I.I.T. classes!"

The gym is open from 5 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m.–9 p.m. on Friday, and 8 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekends.
