For Goodness Shakes And Juicery is a vegan spot, offering juice and smoothies and bagels, that recently opened at 4119 Hamilton Ave. in Northside.

The smoothie and juice shop has a varied selection of frutacado bowls, smoothies, juices, specialty drinks and foods. Sip on a Morning Glory smoothie with carrot, turmeric, avocado, vanilla rice milk, organic raisins and cinnamon.

Grab a half bagel with the vegan dill spread, topped with cabbage, shredded carrot, lemon juice and served with veggie chips on the side.

New to 4325 Red Bank Road, Suite A in Madisonville is Burn Boot Camp Cincy - Hyde Park, OH, a summer camp, interval training gym and personal training spot.

The gym was founded by husband and wife, Devan and Morgan Kline in 2015 and now has locations in over 37 states. There are various boot camps available, specializing in burning 700 calories per 45-minute workout, according to the gym’s website.
