MSTP Research Symposium 2019

The event gathers the city's best chefs, including Phil Esteban of Craft & Commerce, James Montejano of Huntress Steakhouse, Eric Manuel of the Dana and "Top Chef" alum Giselle Wellman to cook six cuts of Brandt beef over live fire.
