Shake Shack has won a cult following for its burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard and, of course, its shakes. On the menu, expect to see items like the ShackBurger, which is a single or double cheeseburger; the Shack Stack, a cheeseburger with mushrooms; and the SmokeShack, a cheeseburger with smoked bacon. There's also a Chick'n Shack fried chicken sandwich, regular fries and cheese fries, a locally produced Pie Oh My vanilla custard blended with pieces of Luna Bakery seasonal pie, and vanilla, chocolate, caramel, black-and-white, strawberry and coffee shakes and malteds. Beer is also available.
This is Cleveland's third Shake Shack. The other locations are at Orange Village in Pinecrest and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
With a 4.5-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp so far, the new locale has gotten a good response.
Stephanie M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 25, wrote, "The food was absolutely outstanding. [My husband] ordered a burger, fries, a shake and one of their concretes. The fries were so crispy and cooked to perfection."
Yelper Tamika L. added, “My burger was quality. Toasted bun, fresh toppings, cooked just right. My only gripe was the sauce. It's a mayo blend that just didn't work for me. I'd suggest getting it on the side if you're a first timer. Fries were crispy and yummy!”
Shake Shack is now open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, so stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood.
