Intelli LLC, based in San Jose to list the property marked the decision earlier this month, having owned it for three years. The company's decision was largely influenced by its maturing commercial mortgage-backed securities loan, due in the coming year, as disclosed by Jeff Helm of Helm Properties according to Loopnet. Occupying 239,498 square feet, the shopping center rests close to both the Napa River delta and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom—a prime spot ensuring optimum visibility and steady traffic flow, which offers a prospective buyer a solid start.

The plaza's listing spotlights appealing features, such as round-the-clock video monitoring and security patrols that ensure a safe environment for patrons, tenants, and staff alike as per LoopNet.

Key contributing businesses of the Plaza include its principal tenants—such brands as Seafood City, Planet Fitness, and DD's Discounts. These tenants pique the interest and help sustain a steady customer base, underlining the property's potential value-add. Additionally, the listing suggests that the new owner could renegotiate Seafood City's lease in 2028, thereby potentially increasing the recoverable common area maintenance fee, as SFGATE reports.

Since going public, the listing has, reportedly, garnered "strong interest from a lot of potential buyers," yet no successful bids have surfaced to date SFGATE noted.
