The accident brought local law enforcement and Massachusetts State Police to the scene on Maple Street. Authorities worked well into the evening, unraveling the incident's causes which led to the rider being rushed to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention, according to Boston 25 News.
The accident notably occurred near 168 Maple Street, a detail provided by Trooper Brandon Doherty, a State Police spokesperson. Road closures ensued as a direct response to the crash, with the intersection of Beaver Park and Maple Street being barred from traffic, in a concerted effort to properly manage the situation while investigation teams set to thoroughly reconstruct the events that unfolded, "Doherty said in an email" referring to information obtained by The Boston Globe.
