PennDOT has announced a virtual meet-up for Bucks County residents to hear plans about the upcoming facelift for Cold Spring Creamery Road Bridge in Buckingham Township. The structure is set to be completely overhauled, with the existing reinforced concrete slab, stone and concrete abutments, and wing walls all on the chopping block.
To loop in the locals, PennDOT wants you to tune in to a live cyber gathering on Wednesday, May 8, at 7 PM, where they'll be pulling the curtain back on their design plans via a Microsoft Live Teams meeting. After they've had their say, they'll open up the floor to field your probing questions—fire away through the platform's Q&A tool.
The project's more than just an aesthetic touch-up, though. When PennDOT's done, there'll be new guide rails, the latest traffic signs, and fresh pavement markings to boot. The aim is to make the old road as good as new and as safe as houses for all the car-toting folks in Bucks County.
Reach out directly to PennDOT Project Manager Mahmoud Abdelraheem to make sure you're set up to partake. Internet connection and a computer or mobile device will be your ticket to virtually be there.
