The Memphis Police Department seeks information on a reported shoplifting case. Last Friday, at the Dollar General located at 3632 Winplace Road, a theft occurred at around 12:20 p.m. The suspect, identified as an unknown Black male wearing a black and blue shirt with black pants, took a plastic tote filled with cookware items valued at approximately $35. After exiting through an emergency door, the suspect was last seen driving away in an older model white Toyota Highlander. 

A social media post by the Memphis Police Department shared with the public states, "Anyone with information of value to this case, such as the true identity of the suspect pictured in this release," is encouraged to reach out to the authorities or submit a tip via their available platforms.
