Minneapolis Police are actively investigating a homicide that occurred on the night of June 28th, the department responded to reports of a shooting in North Minneapolis. According to the department's latest press release, officers from the 4th Precinct were dispatched to the 3500 block of Penn Avenue North at about 10:55 p.m., where they found a man in his 50s with life-threatening gunshot wounds sitting in a vehicle. As the authorities work to quickly establish the details that led up to the fatal shooting, no arrests have yet been made.
