Our readers are great at letting us know what they don't love about Hayes Valley, but today we'd like to change things up.

Instead of bemoaning the cost of housing, the lack of parking, or the abundance of expensive boutiques, we'd like you to focus on the positive today, and tell us one thing you're thankful for about the neighborhood. Heck, you can even list more than one thing, if you're feeling especially appreciative today. Personally, we're thankful for flat streets, good weather, great coffee, Patricia's Green, our neighbors, all the great shops (even the ones we can't afford), and the growing number of places to get a decent cocktail in the neighborhood.
