Proper Food, a grab-and-go breakfast/lunch spot offering "high-quality, local, organic, sustainable food that's super convenient," according to founder Howard Bloom, will open its third downtown location at 350 California St. in early September, adding to its existing stores tailored to busy workers in the FiDi and SoMa. The menu will be the same and hours will be 7am–5pm.
