Searching for the best fitness options near you? Whether you're in the mood for a boot camp,  yoga, boxing or cycling, Boston offers plenty of options to get you into shape. 

Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top fitness spots around Boston, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to venture next time you're in the market for fitness.

1. Btone Fitness

Topping the list is Btone Fitness. Located at 30 Newbury St., Floor 4 (between Arlington and Berkeley streets) in Back Bay, the boot camp, pilates and barre class spot is the highest rated fitness studio in Boston, boasting 4.5 stars out of 214 reviews on Yelp.

Be prepared to sweat during any of its boot camps, rowing classes or signature Tone class, an intense Pilates workout on the Megaformer. During a 45-minute session, expect to work every muscle of the body with a focus on the legs, core and arms, according to the gym's website. (View the class schedule here). 

2. Peter Welch's Gym

Next up is South Boston's Peter Welch's Gym, situated at 371 Dorchester Ave., South Boston Commerce Ctr (between Milhender Place and Damrell Street). With five stars out of 50 reviews on Yelp, the gym, boxing and personal training spot has proven to be a local favorite.

Located in a warehouse, this neighborhood boxing facility prides itself on being a place with "real rings, real equipment and real fighters leading each class."

Adults can sign up for personal training programs tailored to their fitness goals, ranging from injury rehab to weight management. Kids' boxing classes offer benefits like enhanced confidence, coordination and flexibility. (See the class schedule here.)

3. B/Spoke Indoor Cycling

Downtown's B/Spoke Indoor Cycling Studio, located at 101 Federal St. (between Sullivan Place and Matthews Street), is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the cycling class spot 4.5 stars out of 119 reviews.

Get ready to be energized by this studio's signature ride; it's a full-body 45-minute workout of cardio, hand weights and core work set to playlists and led by vocal instructors. Regulars appreciate the high intensity and up-to-date equipment, as well as the fancy products available in the locker room.

4. South Boston Yoga

Over in South Boston, check out South Boston Yoga, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 101 reviews on Yelp. You can find the yoga, massage and pilates spot at 36 W. Broadway (between A Street and Dorchester Avenue).

It's located in a two-story space with four studios, including one hot studio kept at 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Most classes — including restorative yoga, hot yoga and aerial yoga — are designed to accommodate all experience levels. Body work and personal training sessions are also available. 5. Acorn Yoga

Finally, there's Acorn Yoga, a Brighton favorite with five stars out of 36 reviews. Stop by 576 Washington St. (between Brackett and Bigelow streets) to hit up the yoga spot next time you're feeling stressed.

On Fridays and Saturdays, this spot has glow-in-the-dark yoga parties — complete with music, black lights and glow sticks. There's also Healflow class (part gentle flow and part restorative yoga), power yoga with weights and cardio work, and hot power flow.
