A new Korean and Mexican fusion spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Seoul Taco, the fresh arrival is located at 4099 Chouteau Ave. in Forest Park Southeast.

Seoul Taco is a fast-casual restaurant chain that serves up a blend of Korean and Mexican cuisines. Look for items like gogi and waffles, nachos and Korean-style tacos on the menu. Catering, pick-up and delivery services are also available.

The new food truck has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Tim R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 30, wrote, "Seoul Taco has a wonderful menu of unusual, tasty Korean barbecue tacos, quesadillas, burritos and gogi bowls."
