A Miami Gardens Walmart became the scene of a disturbing incident on Tuesday, when a man was arrested for allegedly ejaculating on a female shopper. The woman, accompanied by her daughter, was shopping in the store's paint section when she felt the man identified as Justin Jenardo Harris, brush up against her, as reported by Local 10.
The act quickly turned into a police matter after the startled woman confronted Harris, asking, "What did you just do to me? Did you take a picture of me?" to which Harris replied, "What would I do that for?" before walking away. It wasn't until her daughter pointed out a "white creamy substance on the back of her left butt cheek" that the severity of the situation began to truly unfold. The lewd act was allegedly committed just after 2:15 p.m. at the Walmart located at 17650 NW Second Ave., as FTL Times details.
Harris, 29, stands accused of lewd and lascivious behavior, a misdemeanor offense. The situation escalated after the arrest, as police claim Harris proceeded to bang his head, repeatedly and with enough force, against the plexiglass divider in the cruiser, ultimately causing it to break. This act of destruction resulted in a felony charge of criminal mischief, given the damages exceeded $1,000.
The aftermath of the episode finds Harris detained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where his bond was set at $2,500. The incident, which appears to starkly betray the public's expectation of safety and decency, particularly in the benign aisles of a family shopping center.
