Another player in what's turning into a made-for-the-movies heist plot, authorities have netted the third suspect in an armored truck robbery that sent schools into lockdown and had police in a frantic pursuit across San Antonio's East Side. FOX San Antonio reports that Glenn MacGarity, 41, Anneil Tedder, 31, and Diontay Roberson, 23, now all face the music for their alleged roles in the high-stakes cash grab that went down on Tuesday.

It was around 1 p.m. when the caper kicked off, with an armored car getting hit near the corner of Walzem Road and Rough Rider Drive, then the suspects made their escape along IH-35 where the chase ended in Schertz, schools nearby got the scare of being placed on lockdown and had to dismiss students early, under the watchful eyes of police. KSAT details the moment when the San Antonio Police Department's Eagle Helicopter spotted the trio's getaway car speeding, initiating the pursuit that eventually brought them to a jarring stop.

The first two culprits, MacGarity and Tedder, didn't manage much in terms of a game of hide and seek with the law; one was caught in the neighborhood with the cash, the other found on foot like a sitting duck. Roberson managed to duck under the radar briefly but surrendered without a show of resistance, all three now looking at serious time with aggravated robbery charges hanging over their heads.

As the authorities swarmed the scene, the high drama didn't just wrap up with the arrests. SWAT was called in to deal with the sticky mess of a crowd that formed amid the commotion.
