In a recent surge of road rage incidents, one driver's fury escalated into a frightening confrontation involving a firearm. The Harris County Constable's Office reported that on May 16, Casey Lee threatened another driver with an AR-15 following an altercation on Brown Road.
The skirmish began to gravely unfold when the victim, who has not been named, called authorities to the 14200 block of Brown Road. Swiftly intervening, deputies were able to obtain the suspect's license plate details from the complainant. This crucial piece of information would lead them to eventually apprehend and arrest Lee for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Constable Mark Herman's deputies conducted a diligent investigation, which culminated in Lee's capture and subsequent incarceration. In a statement reported by their official Facebook page, Herman announced, "Casey Lee was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $30,000.00 out of the 183rd District Court."
