The Chicago Police Department has issued a statement seeking assistance from the public to locate a missing 50-year-old man, Frank Velazquez. Last seen in March this year, Velazquez was reported missing from the 5800 block of W Barry Ave. Those familiar with Velazquez know that he may frequent the Humboldt Park Area or the vicinity of Division and Springfield.

An easily distinguishable feature noted by authorities is a Puerto Rican Flag tattoo on Velazquez's neck. Described as a Hispanic male, he stands 5'6", weighs approximately 140 pounds, and has brown eyes accompanied by gray hair. His complexion is described as medium.

The Chicago Police Department has extended their appeal to anyone who might have information regarding Velazquez's whereabouts.
