A Polk County man is facing charges after allegations arose of him secretly taking photographs of a nude teenage girl. Domingo Rivera Velez, 43, is under investigation for an act of video voyeurism at his Winter Haven residence. According to reports by ClickOrlando, the girl was unaware of being photographed while using the bathroom at Velez's home.

The photos were discovered accidentally by a member of the household who also found an image of an unidentified woman. This led to a closer inspection and the subsequent discovery that the imagery had been captured using a digital watch discretely left in the bathroom. ABC Action News relayed that additional offensive content was discovered once deputies executed a search warrant on Rivera Velez's home, finding more photos and videos also taken in the privacy of bathrooms.

Further, into the investigation, law enforcement found evidence that suggests Rivera Velez may have likely been engaged in similar acts of voyeurism at his workplace. Deputies uncovered pictures that appear to be stealthily taken from floor-level angles of women in skirts and dresses at a Home Depot store where Rivera Velez was employed.
