Portland Man Sentenced to 49 Months for Fentanyl Distribution and COVID Relief Fund Theft
Yuriy Viktorovich Vasilchuk, a 33-year-old from Portland, received a 49-month federal prison sentence for distributing fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills and stealing COVID relief funds. Vasilchuk was ordered to undergo three years of supervised release and make restitution to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
