A new kickboxing, muay thai and self-defense class spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Long Beach, called Mission Muay Thai, is located at 903 E. Wardlow Road.

Mission Muay Thai specializes in muay thai and boxing, offering classes for all levels and for teens. According to the business's Facebook page, "Mission Muay Thai is a professional training studio that focuses on teaching fun and safe Thai kickboxing/Western boxing-based curriculums combined with combat sports, self-defense and high-impact fitness."
