
San Francisco police apprehended a man with a gun on Brannan Street in the Mission Bay neighborhood after a tense standoff on Sunday morning. The SFPD had responded to reports of an armed individual around 5:35 a.m. The suspect fired his weapon but did not cause any injuries. Authorities advised people to avoid the area as they established contact and negotiated with the armed man.
