Archbishop Moeller High School President Arrested in Nashville for Alleged Bar HarassmentSource: Metro Nashville Police Department

A Cincinnati Catholic school president found himself on the wrong side of the law in Nashville after allegedly harassing women at a local bar. James Marshall Hyzdu, 45, the head of Archbishop Moeller High School, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, trespassing, and disorderly conduct, as reported by WSMV4.

Police were called to the scene at a bar on Broadway on March 9, where security complained that Hyzdu had repeatedly entered the establishment and followed women around, "making them feel uncomfortable" his actions caused patrons to become irate, and despite being escorted out numerous times Hyzdu allegedly changed clothes in an attempt to disguise himself and gain re-entry, according to details from FOX19.

The incident lead to multiple ejections from the bar with Hyzdu attempting to re-enter as many as six times, culminating in his detention by authorities. "The defendant then returned to the location and entered the location approximately six times, even changing his clothing to change appearance, and was escorted out every time he entered," detailed the Nashville police in an affidavit, a statement corroborated by court documents referenced by Cincinnati.com.

The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office records indicate that Hyzdu was released from custody at around 8 a.m. on March 10, after his alleged nighttime escapades, a streak of behavior contrastive with the expectations of a school president's conduct; notably, Hyzdu has yet to make a public statement and efforts by media outlets to reach him have been met with silence.
